This is partly due to the different measurement methods used by sensors, but also to the tolerance and the exact sensor type.
It is quite natural that, for example, measuring devices for 10€ show different values than more expensive measuring devices. This is due to the reasons mentioned above. In this context, it is important not to panic immediately and to be aware that there are different types and procedures here.
