What fan sizes are there?
There are a variety of sizes with different outputs and flow rates. There is something for everyone. The exact sizes and data can be seen in the shop. There are also zero boxes and the like for larger systems – if necessary, just write to us, we will help you find the right equipment.
How long does the installation take?
You can start immediately after plugging it in and make all changes and settings via the display. The integration into the portal for remote access also takes only a few minutes.
What is measured?
Temperature, humidity and light are measured and recorded. The high-quality sensors from Switzerland are already integrated and always provide up-to-date measured values.
Why do smart fans save money?
Because smart fans like ours automatically keep the speed and thus the required power (current) at the maximum minimum. This means that the fan only needs as much energy as necessary.
This can then save up to 100 euros per year for a fan with 85 watts of power.
Why should I use a smart fan?
Because you love your grow box or your plants. Smart fans automatically regulate the speed so that your desired climate is reached. In addition, you save money and time, as you no longer have to make settings on the fan yourself when the climate in the installation room changes.
In addition, you have data recording and remote access with you and can see at any time whether everything fits and intervene if necessary. You can also curb the noise by setting speed limits, which is very beneficial to your sleep, especially at night. This ensures relaxed growing in the grow box.
How is the climate regulated?
Based on the measured values, the fan speed is automatically adjusted so that your desired climate is achieved. If your desired climate is far away from the actual conditions, the speed is increased so that the desired climate is reached as quickly as possible.
When the difference becomes smaller, the speed is also automatically reduced, thus reducing noise and the necessary energy consumption.
Are smart fans also quiet?
Yes. At least quieter than non-regulated, i.e. smart fans. The EC technology and the high quality of the fans ensure quiet running behavior right from the factory. In combination with our controllers, however, the noise is reduced even further.
You will notice the difference immediately and can sleep on the side with peace of mind. Quite different from cheaper AC fans, which usually still have a “basic hum”.
What is the advantage over other fans?
Smart fans control the speed continuously and based on measurement data. This means that the fan always adapts to the conditions and not the other way around (as with conventional grow fans). Plus, data recording and remote access are great ways to get a better handle on your grow box and learn. Smart fans usually run quieter and more effectively.
In addition, errors are avoided because the fan takes over the control automatically and you don’t have to manually adjust the fan performance to changing conditions.
